บริการยืมและให้ยืมหลักทรัพย์ (SBL) คืออะไร? 

บริการขอยืมและให้ยืมหลักทรัพย์ ระหว่าง ผู้ยืม (Borrower) กับ ผู้ให้ยืม (Lender) ภายใต้ข้อตกลง วันครบกำหนด และการเรียกคืน&nbsp;ผู้ยืม (Borrower)&nbsp;ขอยืมหลักทรัพย์จากผู้ให้ยืมเพื่อนำมาขายชอร์ตทำกำไรและคืนหลักทรัพย์พร้อมจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมการยืมในอัตราที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้&nbsp;&nbsp;ผู้ให้ยืม (Lender)&nbsp;โอนหลักทรัพย์ให้แก่ขอผู้ยืม จนครบเวลาที่กำหนด โดยจะรับค่าธรรมเนียมการยืมหลักทรัพย์ ในอัตราที่ตกลงกันไว้

ต้องการยืม

<ul><li>หลักทรัพย์ที่สามารถขอยืม : ETF และ หลักทรัพย์ใดๆในกลุ่ม SET100&nbsp;</li><li>ค่าธรรมเนียมการยืม : 3.5 % ขึ้นไป</li><li>ค่าธรรมเนียมขั้นต่ำ : -&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;<h6>การคำนวณค่าธรรมเนียม</h6><ul><li>เริ่มคิดตั้งแต่วันที่ยืมส่งมอบจนถึงวันที่ก่อนคืนส่งมอบ&nbsp;</li><li>ใช้ราคาปิด ณ วันทำการล่าสุด (T-1)</li><li>กรณียืมไม่เกิน 1 เดือน บริษัทฯ จะทำการคิดค่าธรรมเนียมเมื่อคืนหุ้น&nbsp;</li><li>กรณียืมข้ามเดือน บริษัทฯ จะทำการคิด ค่าธรรมเนียมทุกวันสิ้นเดือน และเรียกเก็บ โดยการหักจากหลักประกันภายใน 1 สัปดาห์&nbsp;</li></ul>

การวางหลักประกัน

เพื่อให้มีอำนาจซื้อเพียงพอก่อนการซื้อหรือขายชอร์ตหลักทรัพย์ (คำนวณจากมูลค่าหุ้นที่จะยืม)&nbsp;หลักประกันเริ่มต้น (IM) -&gt; 50%&nbsp; หลักประกันรักษาสภาพ (MM) -&gt; 40%&nbsp; ระดับบังคับล้างสถานะ (FM) -&gt; 30%&nbsp;&nbsp;<h6>วงเงินยืมค่าที่น้อยกว่าระหว่าง (1,2)</h6><ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>EE (ทรัพย์สินส่วนเกิน) x 2 – มูลค่าหุ้นที่ยืมไปแล้ว&nbsp;</li><li>Borrowing Credit Line – มูลค่าหุ้นที่ยืมไปแล้วแต่ยังไม่ ขายชอร์ต – มูลค่าขายชอร์ต&nbsp;</li></ol>&nbsp;<h6>วงเงินขายชอร์ต</h6><ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>มูลค่าสูงสุดไม่เกิน Loan limit ในบัญชี Credit Balance (Loan Limit) พิจารณาจากหลักฐานแสดงฐานะทางการเงินตอนเปิดบัญชี Credit Balance /เทียบเท่า Approved Limit ในบัญชีซื้อขายหุ้นทั่วไป)&nbsp;</li></ol>&nbsp;<h6>ข้อควรคำนึงในการขายชอร์ต&nbsp;</h6><ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>วงเงินขายชอร์ตและวงเงินซื้อหุ้นเป็นวงเงินร่วมกันในบัญชี Credit Balance กรณีเกิด Call Margin จึงเป็นผลจากการขาดทุนรวมกัน ในพอร์ตทั้งจากสถานะซื้อและสถานะขายชอร์ต&nbsp;</li><li>วงเงินขายชอร์ตเริ่มต้นเท่ากับวงเงินกู้ยืมในบัญชี Credit Balance&nbsp;</li><li>วงเงินยืมหุ้นและวงเงินขายชอร์ตอาจไม่เท่ากันเนื่องจาก ค่า Commission จะไม่ถูกหักจากวงเงินยืม นอกจากนั้นหากราคาหุ้นที่ขายชอร์ตสูงกว่าราคาหุ้นที่ยืม อาจมีผลให้ไม่สามารถขายชอร์ตได้ทั้งจำนวณที่ยืมมา&nbsp;</li><li>หุ้นที่ยืมมาจะถูกเรียก/บังคับซื้อคืนก่อนขึ้นเครื่องหมาย X ทุกประเภท รวมถึงกรณีที่ผู้ให้ยืมเรียกคืน หากประสงค์จะยืมต่อสามารถแจ้งความจำนงค์ได้ภายหลังวางหลักประกัน</li></ol>

<h6>กรณีมีบัญชีมีสัญญา SBL และเครดิตบาลานซ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว</h6><ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>วางหลักประกัน&nbsp;</li><li>ส่งคำสั่งขอยืมหุ้น ผ่านระบบ POEMS2.0 หรือผ่านเจ้าหน้าที่การตลาด</li><li>ส่งคำสั่งคืนหุ้นที่ยืม ผ่านระบบ POEMS2.0 หรือผ่านเจ้าหน้าที่การตลาด</li></ol><h6> กรณียังไม่มีบัญชีซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์กับ บล.ฟิลลิป</h6><ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>แบบคำขอเปิดบัญชีซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์&nbsp;</li><li>แบบสัญญาเครดิตบาลานซ์</li><li>สัญญายืมและให้ยืมหลักทรัพย์ (SBL)</li><li>สำเนาบัตรประชาชน</li><li>สำเนาหน้าสมุดบัญชีธนาคาร</li><li>สำเนาstatement บัญชีธนาคารย้อนหลัง 6 เดือน หรือ รับรองหลักทรัพย์ พอร์ต</li><li>ค่าอากรแสตมป์ 0.05 % ของวงเงินกู้ (ไม่เกิน 10,000 บาท) ชำระ ณ วันทำสัญญา</li></ol>
